1. A strategic breakdown as to why a Caldari-Minmatar alliance is non-sense - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
If we keep agitating, though, I'll bet we could push through a severing of the Gallente-Minmatar alliance.

2. What was the in universe reaction to the destruction of Yulai station? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Oh, I'm sure there's some sort of CONCORD presence in Yulai, but that's the problem (as Horatius mentions): The Tonification of the Eve universe resulted in a lot of loose ends from a lot of random episodes. Which, come to think of it, is a good ...

Edited by: Shintoko Akahoshi on 09/06/2008 07:50:03 So we did. Barely. There were problems, and terrible infant mortality, but we did it. We managed to hang on for centuries, until we were found and welcomed into the warm arms of a larger civi...

9. Seeds (a journal entry) - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
I donÆt usually write these things - I never seem to have the time for them. Just the same, this might help me keep track of everything going on in my mind. ThereÆs gonna be a war. I donÆt mean just a little, limited, spaceship-only sort of war....

11. New Chronicle: With Acknowledgments to Mad Dogs - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Really nice work on that one, I enjoyed it immensely. I like the way you've taken what is being played up as a black-and-white issue, completely binary, and turned it into something larger and more amorphous. Instead of a hack view into a cardboar...

12. Can pod pilots be killed and be uncloneable outside of their pods? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
IIRC, One Man Too Many first mentioned jump cloning, and the use of non-fatal brain scanning. My impression has always been that the burning scanner "burns" due to the rapidity of the scan. An ordinary "slow" scanner would leave the scanned brai...

15. The value of 1 ISK - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
The problem with comparing a Rifter with a modern aircraft in order to figure out the worth of an isk is that you're assuming manufacturing technology is similar for the two. The AC-130U, worth $190 million, is valued so highly mainly because of ...

16. The Value of ISK? - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
The problem is, though, that you can't really compare the basis of our economy with the Eve economy. In our economy, when you buy a car (or a ship or anything like that), you're buying the fruits of someone's labor. That labor might be involved in...

17. RP-ing game / continue-on story ((Discussion)) - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
For the most part, this is really enjoyable to read. It's moved really fast. By the time I found it, it was already well on the way to its climax. Once this one is over, it'd be nice to do a few more - I'd like to participate in one, after all... ...

20. Antimatter and hybrid weapons (Specifally blasters) - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
